Proposal ManagerThe Proposal Manager will drive the overall proposal development effort for the company, as well as review requests for proposals (RFPs), request for information (RFIs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and a wide variety of other bid requests. He/she leads the process to create and submit responses involving the Company's workforce systems and solutions in a format that meets requirements and evaluation criteria identified in the requests. He/she ensures prompt, accurate, and timely creation of the RFP response by coordinating the input and resources of Senior Management, Marketing, Training, Production, Operations, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance, and creating the responses from source documentation (e.g., past proposals).
Project Manager-Workforce DevelopmentThis role requires prior knowledge and experience in Workforce Development and/or extensive experience with SQL data analysis, queries. The Project Manager is responsible for the Software Development life cycle using the GRID methodology specifically designed for Geographic Solutions. The ideal candidate will be accountable for leading and managing the implementation of workforce development software solutions for state and regional clients.
Business Analyst-Reports SSRS development a must. Ability to write design specifications outlining needs to improve the VOS system to support Department of Labor Employment and Training programs. MS SQL server (2000/2005/2008) and query knowledge is essential.
