Daily responsibilities will also include managing workforce development software products for Virtual One Stop and Virtual Labor Market Information clients in order to assess client needs, meet and exceed client expectations in terms of quality of product and service, and manage the delivery of robust software solutions.
Office AssistantProvide backup to the Administrative Asst. for answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner, as the initial point of contact for the Company for clients, prospects and vendors. Assist the HR Generalist & Acctg. Specialist with daily clerical duties such as filing, travel research and correspondence. Conduct initial phone screening and schedule phone interviews for hiring managers and schedule in person interviews for hiring teams. Ensure agenda is prepared and distributed. Prepare new hire documents, employee benefit documents, and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes. Enter billing and invoice information into accounting system. Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, stocking supplies, and delivering to work stations. Review incoming mail and delivery shipments and route accordingly. Update employee status daily in the OPC (delays, absences, etc). Work with vendors to order supplies in a cost-effective manner.

Proposal WriterThe Proposal Writer will review requests for proposals (RFPs), request for information (RFIs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and a wide variety of other bid requests. He/she creates and submits responses that propose the building of workforce systems which answer the requests in a format that meets requirements and evaluation criteria identified in the requests. Creation of the RFP response includes the gathering and coordination of marketing, management, and development personnel inputs, and creating the responses from source documentation (e.g., past proposals). It also includes continuous review of and knowledge of the current workforce system, continuous updating of boilerplate proposal documents, and the coordination of assignments and tasks with available personnel.
QA Automation EngineerMust have software development experience in .NET. Development experience in the creation of automated testing scripts. Knowledge and use of Telerik Test Suite desired. Experience and understanding of software and hardware performance factors. Can work with other development team members to diagnose performance issues and will lead those efforts. Solid understanding of Quality Methodology and process creation in an IT environment. Manage both large scale testing projects and fast tracked bug fixes. Develop Test Cases and Test Scripts for the large software modules.
QA Analyst 4Develop test specifications, test cases, test plans and scripts for the large software modules. Experience and understanding of software code. Can work with development team members to diagnose issues. Knowledgeable with SQL Enterprise Manager and TSQL. Experience with backend database testing. Assess functionality and be a knowledgeable resource of several Software applications for the team.
