E-Learning SpecialistResponsible for conducting associate, staff, administrator, and analyst training employing live and webinar formats. Create agendas, summaries and other training guides as needed. Provide guidance and training follow-up assistance to participants. Create, edit, and update all user guides and materials as needed. Provide supportive assistance to other departments, such as QA and Marketing, as directed by the Training Team Lead or Senior Management. In addition, the eLearning specialist is responsible for developing and delivering a suite of online tutorials to instruct and educate Workforce Development staff on our systems.
