Lead Programmer/AnalystManage, mentor and motivate a team of 5-15 Programmer/Analysts, to ensure timely completion of projects, deliverables, and other duties as assigned. Primary responsibility for assigning development tasks to team members utilizing the Company’s Online Project Communicator (OPC). Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
Proposal ManagerThe Proposal Manager will drive the overall proposal development effort for the company, as well as review requests for proposals (RFPs), request for information (RFIs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and a wide variety of other bid requests. He/she leads the process to create and submit responses involving the Company’s workforce systems and solutions in a format that meets requirements and evaluation criteria identified in the requests. He/she ensures prompt, accurate, and timely creation of the RFP response by coordinating the input and resources of Senior Management, Marketing, Training, Production, Operations, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance, and creating the responses from source documentation (e.g., past proposals).
QA Automation EngineerUnderstanding of Quality Methodology and process creation in an IT environment. Ability to debug Automated Test Scripts. Develop Test Cases and Test Scripts for software modules. Assess functionality and be a knowledgeable resource of several Software applications for the team. Must have .NET software development experience.
