Junior Desktop Support TechnicianSupport the Jr. Systems Administrator with the primary responsibility of providing Level 1 -2 help desk support for over 180 internal company users. This position will serve as the point of contact for technical assistance and support for internal applications, software and hardware issues. The individual should have working knowledge and understanding of a variety of desktop/systems support items, including workstation repair and setup, laptops, networking equipment.
Entry Level ProgrammerSupports and documents new development of spidering robot programs (bots) to quickly and accurately extract data from external websites. Capable of writing basic SQL queries to check on the results of assigned bots and basic tables used to store job data. Basic understanding of database tables directly related to robosuite software and all tables involving storage of spidered jobs.
Proposal ManagerThe Proposal Manager will drive the overall proposal development effort for the company, as well as review requests for proposals (RFPs), request for information (RFIs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and a wide variety of other bid requests. He/she leads the process to create and submit responses involving the Company's workforce systems and solutions in a format that meets requirements and evaluation criteria identified in the requests.
QA Analyst Ability to write design specifications outlining needs to support the Company's Virtual OneStop, Unemployment and ReEmployment products, in support Department of Labor Employment and Training programs. MS SQL server (2000/2005/2008) and query knowledge is essential. Testing of applications written to the design specifications written. Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents all problems and works to resolve them; reports progress on problem resolution to management. Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
QA Automation Engineer Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents all problems and works to resolve them; reports progress on problem resolution to management. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Ability to debug Automated Test Scripts. Develop Test Cases and Test Scripts for software modules. Must have .NET development experience.
Security Analyst This individual is responsible for the process documentation, facilitation, remediation planning, risk management, and systems implementation coordination required to meet the audit, control, and compliance requirements of the Information Technology department. Works closely with Information Technology and Security staffs to design, manage, and implement specific remediation plans addressing improvement opportunities within internal processes and procedures. CISSP preferred.
