Develops, administers, maintains, and supports policies and procedures for creating business requirements from client existing and legacy systems to Geographic Solutions systems. Designs programming specifications through interaction with business owners and subject matter experts. Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the labor market industry as well as job services concepts. Relies on direction and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Technical WriterThe Technical Writer is responsible for planning, organizing, writing and editing user documentation related to Geographic Solutions' product line. We are the leading SaaS-based software provider in the workforce development industry. The Technical Writer will work with various internal teams including software developers, project managers, business analysts and other SMEs to create end user and system administrator documentation. The Technical Writer will also be responsible for contributing to release notes, business proposals, and other collateral documents.
