Lead Programmer/AnalystManage, mentor and motivate a team of 5-15 Programmer/Analysts, to ensure timely completion of projects, deliverables, and other duties as assigned. Primary responsibility for assigning development tasks to team members utilizing the Company’s Online Project Communicator (OPC). Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
Lead Security and Compliance AnalystThis individual is responsible for the process documentation, facilitation, remediation planning, risk management, and systems implementation coordination required to meet the audit, control, and compliance requirements of the Information Technology department. Works closely with Information Technology and Security staffs to design, manage, and implement specific remediation plans addressing improvement opportunities within internal processes and procedures. Also works with executive management to determine acceptable levels of risk for the organization.
Proposal ManagerThe Proposal Manager will drive the overall proposal development effort for the company, as well as review requests for proposals (RFPs), request for information (RFIs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and a wide variety of other bid requests. He/she leads the process to create and submit responses involving the Company’s workforce systems and solutions in a format that meets requirements and evaluation criteria identified in the requests. He/she ensures prompt, accurate, and timely creation of the RFP response by coordinating the input and resources of Senior Management, Marketing, Training, Production, Operations, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance, and creating the responses from source documentation (e.g., past proposals).
QA AnalystUnder limited supervision, carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum company standards and end user requirements. Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents all problems and works to resolve them; reports progress on problem resolution to management. Devises improvements to current procedures and recommends quality improvements. Testing methodologies and theory. Microsoft SQL server. Windows Operating Systems knowledge.
SQL DBAAdministers, maintains, and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company’s databases. Resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, synchronization, replication, and other distributed data issues. Assist with the development, review and testing of database objects and stored procedures using advanced programming techniques. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the labor market industry and security concepts.
System Integration AnalystDevelops, administers, maintains, and supports policies and procedures for creating interfaces between and/or converting data from client existing and legacy systems to Geographic Solutions systems. Designs programming specifications through interaction with business owners and subject matter experts. Ensures correct functionality and accuracy of the interface or conversion scripts. Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the labor market industry as well as job services concepts. Relies on direction and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision.
VMWare EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior VMware Engineer to be part of our diverse team of engineers, providing data center support for VMware and Windows server infrastructure spread across multiple datacenters.
