The Virtual OneStop VOScan® module tracks service delivery using plastic swipe cards. Scanning stations can be set up at one-stop locations to track services in real-time. This includes resource room usage, class and training attendance, and other pertinent data. By combining client tracking and reporting into one location, the VOScan module has demonstrated capabilities that help improve overall performance, while increasing staff efficiency.
VOScan is offered as a stand-alone module for enhanced tracking and reporting or as part of the Virtual OneStop suite to provide the most complete customer management system available.
