Core Services for Analysts
The Core Services for Analysts module includes multiple functions for comprehensive research and analysis purposes. The user-friendly interface, accessed via the Internet, is designed for state agency analysts, economists, and statisticians that work with all facets of labor market information. Custom research is facilitated in these functions by allowing users to select months and years by clicking lists for relevant time periods. Available components are:

- Education Services
- Employers
- Income and Wages
- Industry
- Labor Force
- Occupation
- Economic Indicators
- Area Profile
The Demographics component allows analysts to examine US Census Commuting Patterns, and US Census Labor Force criteria.
The Industry component, comprised of four major categories, allows users to check the following: Covered Employment and Wages, Current Employment Statistics, Staffing Patterns, and Industry Employment and Projections.
Economic Indicators functions present Consumer Price Index (CPI) data, Property Values, Taxes, Local Permits, and Retail Sales for various time periods chosen by analysts.
In summary, the Core Services for Analysts module provides a centralized Web site for government data, resulting in improved methods for cost-effective research and analysis at the state level.
